On September 7, 2018, Toyo Keihin Shimbun published a book entitled “Textbooks on using PE funds for growth and succession” by Hamamitsu.
This book provides an overview of PE funds and an overview of investment practices, from the structure of PE funds, the flow of deals, to legal and contractual points.
It is the easiest kind of commentary in Japan for practitioners.
